SLA compliance ≥ 90% and defects & issues ≤ 0.5%. Top ranking and routing priority.
Amber
SLA ≥ 75% and defects ≤ 2%. Fully visible, ranked below Green providers.
Red
Below Amber. Triggers a Quality Improvement Plan; restricted visibility if targets are missed.
